Lemon Iceburg Tea
Lemon tea with a cool twist
Prep Time: 15 min
1. Mix water and sugar in a heated pot. Pour into separate container and let cool to room temperature.
2. Add lemon juice to sugar mixture and place in fridge to cool for 20 minutes. Then pour mixture into sorbet mixture and follow the manufacturers insturctions on making sorbets. (Add Limoncello if desired)
3. Steep black tea (maybe earl grey?) for 3 minutes and pour into container to cool in the fridge.
4. Take out sorbet 5 minutes before serving. Pour 2/3 cup with cold black tea and top up the cup with sorbet. Wait 2 minutes to let the sorbet diffuse into the tea.
