Spam: Fried Rice

1. Cut veggies and spam into cubes and pan fry separately. Fry spam until a crispy crust develops and set aside.
2. Mix eggs, milk and olive oil and beat until fluffy. Pour mixture in hot skillet and continually mix the the omelette until it is no longer runny. Quickly remove from heat and seat aside.
3. Reheat old rice on skillet, ensuring that the rice is well broken up. Add chiken broth to help break apart the rice. Add salt and soy sauce to taste.
4. Incorporate veggies, spam and broken up omelette into the rice. Mix well and serve.
